Kliclo

Kliclo Monkowicki is a visual artist living in Paris. Her works, in the neo-expressionist current, deal with memory through the trace, using the remainder, the residue and the Yiddish.
Her artistic work is organized around the representation of emptiness, absence and silence.
Her engravings and installations tell stories of memory and vanished worlds.
In her own way, this artist fights against oblivion.
Her work has been the subject of numerous exhibitions and installations, the most recent of which were held at the Tel Aviv Cinematheque and at the City Hall of the 13th arrondissement of Paris.
